RealEstateEducate.com is committed to ensuring your success. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the service and request a refund, one will be granted if the following conditions are met.:

• The request is received within 5 days of registration.
• The request is made in writing and delivered via regular mail, express mail, fax or send request to customer service.
• You have not started or completed a final exam or received a certificate.

A refund for a package purchase may be granted if the above conditions are met before the completion of the first course. After that, package purchases are nonrefundable. No individual course in a package will be refunded.

Requests should include your name, email address, telephone number, username and reason for the request. Refund requests will be issued within 14 days of receipt. A credit will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to purchase the course, minus a 10% processing fee.
