In order to obtain GRNPro™ certification, you must complete both courses below.

1. Greenovation Institute Residential 1.0, an online course, explains the various measures you can select from to have an existing residential home certified as "green." You´ll learn which measures you can implement to qualify the home for one of three levels of green certification. Each measure can help improve energy efficiency, conserve natural resources, or improve the indoor air quality of the home. You may enroll in this course on our Courses page.


2. Greenovation Institute LIVE Training allows you to interact with a green consultant, learning what really works in the field and what does not. You´ll also learn how to save lenders/servicers money by tapping into tax rebates that can make "going green" truly affordable.
