When an agent enrolls in Default School courses as a student, he or she must create an in-depth profile. This profile includes the agent’s affiliation, experience, capability, and capacity. In addition, the agent must upload a copy of his or her real estate license and E&O insurance policy, along with his or her effective coverage area. The agent can also include a professional biography and upload a photograph, if desired.
